first place - "No Comments"

Installation at the Biennale for Sculpturing, Oslo, 2006.

“Transformation Camp” made of 500 tents erected (for the occasion) in front of the Museum, to illustrate an absurd situation where the most elementary structure occupies one of most expensive lands in Europe. After the exhibition, the tents were given to the Red Cross, which financed the event.

Employment of sculptural elements and computerized illumination to create a representative entrance to Tel Aviv.

Third place - Memorial Site for the Ethiopian Jews,

Mt. Herzl, Jerusalem 2006

The modest site with its humble huts represents the 4,000 Ethiopian Jews who perished on their journey to Israel between 1980-84.
