Nature/Man/place – communal space,

Located at the edge of Mitzpe Ramon, the
project aims to provide a new source of
attraction exploiting the connection to the
Ramon Crater – one of the most important
natural resources in the Negev. In this context,
the housing units and public buildings suggest
an ecological solution to a way of life, suiting the
unique environmental and climate conditions,
while utilizing the structural qualities of modern,
building materials – concrete, glass and steel
in order to enhance the qualities of the crater
and surrounding desert, based on a spatial
arrangement of clefts, passageways and
observation verandas.
