Renovation House in Treia, Marches,

Italy, 2007

Located on the hillside near the city of Treia,

the 18th century house was partially burned in

1995, and renewed about a decade ago. In this

framework, the original walls were preserved,

renovated and reconstructed. The wooden

construction was rehabilitated and turned into

a central design component, against natural

light- flooded new white walls that give the

building a contemporary look. The two-wing plan

conventionally situates the living rooms, the

studio and the kitchen on the lower floor, while

the bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

The demolished barn was rebuilt to create a

guesthouse.

הממוקם בנוף הגבעות ליד העיר טריה, נשרף בחלקו בשנת

ועבר חידוש ועידכון לפני כעשור. במסגרת זו קירות המבנה המקורי שומרו,

1995

שופצו ושוחזרו, קונסטרוקציית העץ שופצה והפכה למרכיב עיצובי מרכזי, על רקע

קירות המחיצה הלבנים המעניקים למבנה חזות עכשווית, תוך הגברת אפקט התאורה

הטיבעית. התוכנית המורכבת משני אגפים, מפרידה כמקובל בין חדרי המגורים

הכוללים סטודיו ומטבח בקומה התחתונה, בעוד שחדרי שינה ממוקמים בקומה

העליונה. האסם שנהרס נבנה מחדש כדי לשמש כבית הארחה.
