מגדל שלם - בניין מגורים עם מסחר
ומשרדים, רחוב יפו, ירושלים.

הפרויקט הממוקם ברחוב יפו פינת רחוב הטורים, ליד שוק מחנה יהודה, יכלול
שונים מעל שתי קומות מסד של מסחר ומשרדים, כמו גם שטח ציבורי המיועד לפעילויותתיאטרון
של מחלקת התרבות בעיריית ירושלים. הדירות המיועדות לקהילה הדתית כוללות מרפסות סוכה
- תנאי המחייב נסיגות מבניות שהכתיבו היררכיה מרחבית המודגשת באמצעות אבן בגוונים
שונים של אפור. הקומפלקס הסמוך לקו הרכבת הקלה נמצא בשלבי בנייה.

Planners
Located on Jaffa Street cnr. Haturim Street,
near Machane Yehuda Market on the
Light Rail Route, the project will include
60 apartments of varying sizes on top of
two floors of commerce and offices, as
well as public space designated for theater
activity. Intended for a religious population,
the apartments have to include uncovered
balconies for Sukkahs, which dictated a
recessive structure exploited to create
spatial hierarchy enhanced by a variety of
gray stones, rather than a typical Jerusalem
stone building.
