Built on a seven dunam plot at the edge of
the Florentine neighborhood, the residential
compound consists of four residential
buildings with 300 apartments, commercial
and public spaces. The amorphous building
layout was inspired by the Bauhaus style
and expressed through a sequence of round
balconies and horizontal window strips,
while the facades are covered with durable
bamboo-reinforced polymer panels.
Constituting an arena for young and lively
street activity in the renewed neighborhood,
the central boulevard and winding alleyways
serve as a catalyst for random interaction
between locals and strangers.
