House CH, Rishon LeZion
An L-shaped plan forming an inner courtyard with an outdoor seating area
that extends the living area on one side, and on the other - connects to
the pool in the backyard. Designed as an oblique cube, the house with its
sloping roof (as required by the MP) its beams extending into a pergola
that shades the front facade.
Staircase connecting the three floors stands as a sculpted steel element
creating a barrier between the entrance and the living area. On the first
floor are three children's suites and a master bedroom, which opens onto a
balcony overlooking the pool.
The basement has a spacious family room with another children's suite
opening out onto a courtyard, under the granite slabs cladding the entrance
niche that rises to the upper floor.
