169 housing units made of prefabricated elements size
3.60 / 3.60 meters, piled one on top of the other around a
communal courtyard. Identified from far, the planning was
inspired by Moshe Safdie's Habitat 67, allowing each unit
access to a private or shared roof terrace.
The complex includes community functions such as dog
day care, bicycle parking, a kindergarten and community
services.
