Real Estate Offices, Montefiore St.,
Tel Aviv
Located in a building from the 30s’ at the
heart of the city, the design preserves the
qualities of the historical structure via a
set of transparent partitions made of glued
cuts of glass. LED lighting fixtures enhance
the light-play, giving the space a dynamic
dimension against a background of the
industrial, washed concrete floor. The story
of the company is told on black-painted iron
shelves, hooked to the walls with unseen
elements. Space division is enhanced by
lighting fixtures stretched between the
walls to form a lighting grid – some directed
towards the ceiling and others towards the
floor.
