EYE Film Institute, Amsterdam
Located at the bend of the river Ij, opposite the historical
Central Station, the dynamic structure - subject to sharp
visual changes during the day - reflects the avant-
garde innovation of one of the most interesting cities
in Europe. Parameters adapted to the film world are
expressed in an inspiring, narrative development both in
and outside the building, starting with the glass façade
overlooking the river at the southern entrance, the huge
lobby area leading to the museum store located at the
center, to the northern functional wing that overlooks the
new neighborhood.
