The following two structures were designed
(separately) by two leading firms in Israel:
Mann-Shinar Architects (next page), and
Bar-Orian Architects (this page).
Standing out in their surroundings of
the contractor’s building, the structures
take advantage of the synergy unique to
architecture, ensuring each apartment a
covered roof terrace.
Built on an area of 3.5 dunam on the
outskirts of Ramat Hasharon, this building
includes 56 units based on 17 different
apartment types.
The special, yet simple, building is another
milestone in the concept of Villas in the Air,
developed by the firm in recent years in
various places in Israel.

יחידות דיור, המבוססות על 56 בפאתי רמת השרון, כולל
טיפוסי דירות שונים. 17
החיבור המיוחד בין היחידות, המאפשר מרפסת גג מקורה
לכל דירה, מהווה נקודת ציון נוספת בפיתוח המושג ״וילות
באוויר״ שהמשרד מפתח בשנים האחרונות במקומות
שונים בארץ.
