The facades are characterized by seemingly random openings with light strips that create a dynamic appearance influenced by the viewing angle and time of day. Covering approximately 2,500 sqm, the building includes a regulationsize basketball court, 400 spectator seats, and four multipurpose spaces. A welcoming plaza at the entrance enables gatherings and community events.
