The emphasis on the open balcony as the center of the concept was intended to strengthen its significance as a connecting element between the tenants and the street while granting a significant space to the apartments built on a limited budget, with the railings built high to hide the objects stored there, such as the bicycles used by the tenants who avoid using cars.
