For this, the ground floor was allocated parallel to the street to isolate the garden at the back, while the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, was placed as a ledge at an angle of 90 degrees, ensuring maximum intimacy in the space below the ledge where the living space is located, and a direct connection to the back garden.
