HOUSE OF THE SEASON , ON THE SLOPES OF THE GALILEE

HOUSE OF THE SEASON

Located on a 6 dunam plot, this humble house was built for one person. It contains a living-room, a bedroom and a small extra room for guests. As it is sited on a hill in the Galilee, the surroundings serve as a dominant factor in the design.

Windows are located on two axes which dissect the structure, enabling controlled view from the inside outward and vice versa. The changing light during the day, and the wild stone flooring on the background of the white walls, grant the house dynamicity.

The modernistic systems of sound, lighting and air-conditioning are concealed in the structure, so as not to spoil the simple look of the house.
