Ambasz, Argentinian / American / Italian Architect, designed a number of important projects which express the idea of returning lost territories to nature, wrote a number of books and curated the exhibition, "Italy: The New Domestic Landscape" at MOMA New York, which enhanced global awareness of Italian design. Located at 34 West Street near the High Line in New York, The Spiral Tower was awarded the title, the world's Best Tall Building by the Council on Tall Buildings in its category. Big's first commercial tower, in collaboration with Adamson Associates Architects won the building its high score with the gem of expansion of its facade with "green" balconies in a spiral running along its screen wall, rising to 66 floors. Events The 2023 October 7th disaster will be remembered as one of the saddest events in the history of the Jewish people; more precisely, exposing the failed leadership that led to the collapse of all systems, except for the human solidarity that saved us. The International Conservation Conference accompanying exhibition will be held for the 7th year at the Smolarz Auditorium at Tel Aviv University. The new National Library of Israel building was about to be formally inaugurated in mid October...but... MVRDV has recently completed the renewal of the Women and Children's Center building in Shenzhen, China. This is an old 100 meter high tower which has become a vibrant and colorful structure that includes a hotel and a wide range of women and children's welfare facilities: library, auditorium, children's theater. In these charged days, part of the large parking lot of the Haifa Rambam Medical Center underground garage lot is about to become an emergency ward in preparation for a possible Hezbollah attack. Approximately 20,000 sqm from the car park for 2,000 vehicles were allocated for about 2,000 hospital beds - the largest in the world when completed. The upper level is designed to be resistant to conventional attacks while the two lower levels are resistant to gas and biological warfare, which requires the creation of separate areas using huge, opaque steel doors. The Clore Center for the Performing Arts in Misgav was inaugurated.
