Characterized by clean lines, the two- storey house spreads modestly over an area of 220 meters, enabling the various functions to express their qualities while a green patio that penetrates the living area, elegantly divides the house into two clear masses. Thus, it becomes a central design key, enhancing the user’s experience while blurring the boundaries between outside and inside, the backyard becoming an integral part of the living space. house of the season house in omer. simple words spoken quietly Shira Shenton Extending the upper floor over the ground floor creates self-shading, enabling the rectangular envelope a modest, formal expression. The latter is enriched by large openings, facilitating the presence of the yard and swimming pool while walking up to the upper floor. A steel staircase reinforces the bold presence of the color black in the kitchen, while accompanying the transition into the children’s rooms on the upper floor, with a ceremonial ambiance. Challenging overly designed, common, private villas, this simple structure, based on meticulous details, almost in a whisper, reveals the emotional investment of the architect – daughter of a family of architects, who gained experience in a number of leading offices before setting up on her own.
