2020 מאי 121 אדריכלות ישראלית | קטגוריית בלתי בנויים - 2020 תחרות פרויקט השנה 97 | Proposal for the Warburg Compound Planning Competition, Jerusalem 2018 Functioning today as a "parking enclave" on Rabinowitz Street, the compound is intendent to form a new entrance to Kiryat H'Yovel neighborhood. The plan proposes to create a dugout floor with commercial facade to serve the complex and neighborhood residents. Entrance to the project will be made from Rabinowitz Street for both pedestrians, using a bridge, and vehicles entering an underground car park or street level parking lot. A radial mass for doctoral students with families will create an interactive courtyard. The orthogonal mass will be constructed from prefabricated elements and the upper part of the structure will include various units of affordable flats. Another mass will bridge the southern and northern structure through two gardens: a hanging garden leading to a conference hall and a green roof leading to the cafeteria. Architects: Tali Zrachya Fromovich and Shiran Sofer Shabtai
